To ensure the safety of our clients we will continue to offer sessions via phone or Zoom. There are limited spaces for face-to-face sessions at 28 Queen Street where the necessary measures are in place for social distancing. We fully understand that anxiety and stress may be more prevalent in these difficult times so we aim to be as flexible as possible.

Five reasons to try phone / video therapy

Reasons to try video phone therapy

No travelling to a session. This means you could be more flexible about what time you have your sessions.

The coronavirus is happening at a time when we are so connected with the world through technology that you can still meet ‘face-to-face’ via video and feel you are in the room with a therapist.

You can stay in your home and stick to the current government guidance to isolate. No need to trek across the city.

A shift from meeting in the therapy room to phone or video sessions can shake up the dynamic and enable a level of work that may otherwise not have been discovered.

You might get a glimpse of your therapist’s cat!
