Due to recent events and to ensure the safety of our clients, we are currently no longer able to offer face-to-face sessions. We will, however, continue to offer therapy sessions via phone or Zoom. These are difficult times and we fully understand that anxiety and stress may become more prevalent. We are open to new clients and also are changing our opening times to offer the greatest flexibility to those who require it.

The coronavirus is happening at a time when we are so connected with the world through technology that you can still meet ‘face-to-face’ via video and feel you are in the room with a therapist.


You can stay in your home and stick to the current government guidance to isolate. No need to trek across the city.


A shift from meeting in the therapy room to phone or video sessions can shake up the dynamic and enable a level of work that may otherwise not have been discovered.
