Welcome to Hear & Now Therapy
Hear & Now Therapy offers discreet Psychotherapy and Counselling in the City of London. Our goal is to make the transition into therapy as simple and convenient as possible.
Our counselling services specialise in helping people with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-confidence and relationship issues. Our therapy services also help people who are looking to get to know themselves better or pursue certain goals.
We are based in the City of London, on Dowgate Hill, EC4, beside Cannon Street Station. Our team understand the pressures that come with balancing work and personal lives. Given our location, we are also highly experienced in providing therapy & counselling to professionals from the banking, financial, insurance and legal industries.
Whether your challenges are associated with your work or originate elsewhere in your life, Principle Psychotherapist Naomi Milton and her experienced counselling and therapy team which includes Psychodynamic Therapist Bella Williams and Person-Centred Counsellor Matthew Ekins can provide the support you need.
We accept work with private and insurance clients. We offer face to face counselling in London, or you can book a telephone counselling session if you can’t make it to our offices. Social responsibility is a core belief of ours and we believe in paying it forward. If you are struggling financially and need help attending counselling, please get in touch with us to discuss how we might be able to help you.

Unconditional Positive Regard
Where parents, significant others and the therapist accepts and loves the person for what he or she is. Positive regard is not withdrawn if the person does something wrong or makes a mistake.
The ability to share someone else's feelings or experiences by imagining what it would be like to be in their situation.
From the Latin 'I meet together, I agree'. The closer our self-image and ideal-self are to each other, the more consistent or congruent we are and the higher our sense of self-worth.
How can can our London counselling & therapy services help?
Are you experiencing:
- Facing change or transition?
- Relationship issues?
- Just feel overwhelmed or that something is wrong?
Therapy and Counselling can help reduce the impact of what you are experiencing and help provide context to how you are feeling. We can't change the past, but therapy with an experienced professional can help you understand what is holding you back from experiencing a fulfilling and meaningful life.
At Hear & Now Therapy our aim is to work in a way that will support you in addressing difficult or painful issues from your past and present. Together we can work to provide a basis on which to explore new, different ways of living your life and being in relationships.
