Due to recent events and to ensure the safety of our clients, we are currently no longer able to offer face-to-face sessions. We will, however, continue to offer therapy sessions via phone or Zoom. These are difficult times and we fully understand that anxiety and stress may become more prevalent. We are open to new clients and also are changing our opening times to offer the greatest flexibility to those who require it.

1 – Music

Whether it’s classical or hard rock, let music transport you.

2 – Exercise

Make the most of your time out of the house. Go to your local park and take in the scenery or try one of the thousands of online exercise classes available and get your heart rate up and the endorphins flowing.

3 – Books

Always wanted to read Anna Karenina? Go for it. Or maybe you would prefer the comfort of re-reading Harry Potter.

4 – Each other

Turn off the television and talk to each other – find out something new about your partner / children / flatmate / cat.

5 – Sleep

Enjoy a little extra time in bed without having to rush to get the bus or train.
