To ensure the safety of our clients we will continue to offer sessions via phone or Zoom. There are limited spaces for face-to-face sessions at 28 Queen Street where the necessary measures are in place for social distancing. We fully understand that anxiety and stress may be more prevalent in these difficult times so we aim to be as flexible as possible.

Five things to keep you sane

staying mentally fit during coronavirus lockdown

1 – Music

Whether it’s classical or hard rock, let music transport you.

2 – Exercise

Make the most of your time out of the house. Go to your local park and take in the scenery or try one of the thousands of online exercise classes available and get your heart rate up and the endorphins flowing.

3 – Books

Always wanted to read Anna Karenina? Go for it. Or maybe you would prefer the comfort of re-reading Harry Potter.

4 – Each other

Turn off the television and talk to each other – find out something new about your partner / children / flatmate / cat.

5 – Sleep

Enjoy a little extra time in bed without having to rush to get the bus or train.
